Prayer to See the Invisible World
Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I come before You with a humble heart, seeking the ability to see the invisible world around us. Your Word declares in 2 Kings 6:17, “And Elisha prayed, ‘Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.’ Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” Just as You opened the eyes of Elisha’s servant, I ask that You open my spiritual eyes to see the unseen.
Lord, grant me the gift of spiritual discernment, as promised in 1 Corinthians 12:10, “to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits.” Help me to perceive the spiritual realities around me, both the presence of Your holy angels and the schemes of the enemy. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, sharpening my senses to recognize Your guidance and protection.
Mighty God, I ask for wisdom and understanding to navigate the spiritual realm with faith and courage. Let Your light illuminate the hidden things, as it is written in Ephesians 1:18, “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people.” May I always be aware of Your presence and the spiritual forces at work, standing firm in Your truth and love. In Jesus’ powerful name, Amen.
